D9.3 Workflow documents and manuals for the creation of new resources

This report contains workflow documents to guide the creation of new sign language resources. Specifically, this is presented via five phases of a language documentation project: (1) planning, (2) data collection, (3) annotation, (4) archiving, and (5) public outreach. Each phase is described in its own manual with targeted recommendations, best practices, and key resources for further information.
